Dixie Fire Impacts Plumas

The Dixie Fire began on July 13, 2021 in the Feather River Canyon near PG&E's Cresta Powerhouse.  Becoming the largest single wildfire in California, Dixie burned 963,309 acres before full containment on October 25, 2021.  For more info on the Dixie Fire visit https://inciweb.nwcg.gov/incident/7690/.

Many of Plumas Corporation's past and current projects were affected by the Dixie Fire.  Staff are developing plans to evaluate project sites post-fire and assist with recovery efforts.
